8K IPTV provides digital streaming subscription services, including live TV channels, video-on-demand (VOD), and reseller packages. All services are delivered digitally — no physical products are shipped.

• Subscription durations are clearly stated at the time of purchase (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months).
• Reseller credits are non-transferable and must be used within the active reseller account.
• We do not guarantee the availability of specific channels, as content may change due to third-party sources.
• Service quality depends on your internet connection speed and device compatibility.

4. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full before service activation.

• We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT), and bank transfers.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but existing subscriptions are not affected.
• You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction.
• All payments are final once the service has been activated and credentials delivered.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once credentials have been delivered. However, we may consider refunds in the following cases:

• The service was not delivered within the promised timeframe due to our fault.
• The service is completely non-functional due to a technical issue we cannot resolve within 48 hours.
• A duplicate payment was made in error.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing your subscription credentials without a valid reseller account.
• Using our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our servers or infrastructure.
• Reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, or exploiting any portion of our service without express permission.
• Using VPNs or proxy servers to mask your location in a way that violates our fair usage policy.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your login information with others.

• Each subscription is limited to the number of connections specified at purchase (typically 1 device).
• Simultaneous streaming on multiple devices beyond your plan limit may result in account suspension.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

8. Service Limitations & Downtime

While we strive to provide 99.9% uptime, occasional maintenance, updates, or third-party issues may cause temporary service interruptions.

• We are not liable for interruptions caused by internet service providers, device issues, or regional blocks.
• Channel availability may change without notice due to broadcaster decisions.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific channel or content.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 8K IPTV website, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of 8K IPTV or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not use our branding, content, or intellectual property for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 8K IPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.
• We are not responsible for content streamed through third-party sources.
